Los Carneros Chardonnay
Image
Our Los Carneros Chardonnay expresses fruit aroma of ripe pineapple, citrus, honeysuckle, poached pear, white peach and has a spicy nuance of the musqué clone. Adding to the complexity, the French oak aging is wellintegrated with the barrel fermentation bouquet of fresh baked bread, angel food, marshmallow, nutmeg, coconut and vanilla. This wine has great viscosity, depth and an intriguing long finish. The flavors are lively on the palate with pear, citrus, lemon-lime, and ripe pineapple. This wine shows great complexity, reminiscent of the holiday salad called ambrosia, with creaminess, and elegance to complement many foods.
